The team did a great job. Once we figured out the process and policies everything went really smooth. The selection of breeders and pups was very good. The follow up and transparency through the process was very good as well. The ground transport team that is used did a fantastic job of taking care of our pup on the journey across country.
Would use again. 👍

Everything went well!
Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. If I had a question, it was promptly answered. My puppy was scared and shy when she arrived home for the first time. But during the second day she started playing with my other dogs! She now wants to play all the time and is eating well. I’m very happy with my experience with Pawrade!

Great Option For Finding Your Next Puppy!
The attention to detail for the benefit of the puppy was top notch! There are a lot of steps and rules, but they are for the care and concern of the long term wellness of the puppies.
The process is really streamlined. Yes, there are quite a few steps, but if you are diligent and responsive, it goes quickly. Again, the focus is on the animals well-being.
Can’t say enough about the Wags on Wheels delivery service too! Great option for a safe and comfortable delivery for our little guy.
Highly recommend Pawrade!!

Unforgettable Experience
This truly was an experience I'll never forget and always talk about. I was hesitant at first since I never did a purchase, for a puppy, like this before. The excitement started the first day I received an e-mail for the type of puppy I was looking for.
The e-mails continued and I looked forward to getting them. You saw more than one picture of the puppy, some times a video, and there was information about the pup, the parents, financing and more. Since this was the hardest part for me, the pictures and information helped a lot. Also, if I needed more help, I could reach out to someone at all times. They were there, with answers, within minutes. Never made me feel like I asked to many questions, never tried to push a sale, or change my mind on the breed. The financing and signing papers is fast and easy. There's always help but it's self-explanatory. As you get closer to the day of your puppy getting picked up from the breeder, more excitement kicks in, plus you are receiving all the information you need to know and do when your puppy arrives home. You are given plenty of time to get ready for the big day. Nothing is left out. It's good informative info about the health of your pup, insurance, and what to expect. Nothing is left out and you will get reminders. Now, the pup is in the van and on his way. Tracking him was great. Everyone was excited and waiting. Finally, door bell rings. Your precious package arrives. It's the best feeling ever. To the whole team that makes it work, I thank you very much for your time, and hard work. We also thank the drivers who get these little guys to us safe and sound. Good Job!
