This was such a great experience! I was nervous about getting a pup from out of state because of the travel issue. I didn't want my baby to be put on a plane so I chose to have her driven. I was not only able to track them on their GPS every step of the way but I got continuous text updates. When she arrived they were so nice and my baby was in great shape. I love this service - they were excellent!

Pawrade really delivers on the experience of adding a puppy to our family. They made sure we understood everything needed to care for our precious furbaby.They were available to answer any of our questions. We are very happy with their service!

Pawrade was an excellent resource to locate a puppy and communicate and coordinate between buyer and seller. I used the option for a flight nanny for our little one which was also coordinated through pawrade. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely use Pawrade again. Highly recommend.

I was skeptical at first about purchasing a puppy without being able to see him for myself. However, that quickly changed after speaking with every person involved. The process was throughly explained in detail and they even got me a zoom call with the breeder so I could meet my little man Nico beforehand! After I purchased him they continued to stay in contact via text/email to help me prepare for his homecoming and set up travel arrangements. I also cannot say enough about puzzle piece carriers. They were in touch with me every day letting me know how Nico was doing, their arrival time status and sent photos. I will highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a new pup!! Pawrade's customer service is topnotch. Staff are responsive, caring & extremely helpful. The whole process of the adopting my puppy was a smooth ride, from photos to instructions, and the transport was detailed & thoughtful. My puppy arrived in great spirit & health. This is a wonderful experience for sure.

I have to admit I was skeptical. How could you not be? Shopping for a pet, a new companion, a new family member online? It seemed wrong……but it’s not! Pawrade has been exceptional from the moment I asked for more information until days after we brought home Ryder. I was so surprised at how organized, polite, helpful and knowledgeable everyone was at each stage of the puppy purchase process. I hope everyone else has as pleasant experience as we did. Ask a million questions, they have a million answers and if not they will get the answer. Lastly, Remember you get what you pay for! Try not to get sticker shocked!
