Read the fine print on shipping what a terrible experience. Can not give accurate time frame . Delivery of puppy at 4 am . This is ridiculous was told at first it would be 2 to 3 am. The puppy is fine all like the breeder said. Hard to get ahold of someone from Pawrade had to leave text messages and voicemails with no response. Except for one person who tried to help. Would purchase again possibly but arrange my own shipping.

The whole process was excellent, but they could do better for the pick-up arrangements. First, they told me to wait for them to confirm that the puppy was ready, but this never happened, and the breeder ended contacting me to deliver the dog.

The dog is impressive as he learns really quickly and is easy to train. I fell in love with my dog Penny as soon as she was put into my arms. I am impressed by Pawrade and it was the best choice I have ever made.

We appreciate Pawrade for all the hard work they've done assisting us with our purchase!! We've received our scottish terrier puppy a couple weeks ago, his name was Payton but his name is now Tux, we had him flown in for delivery. We were sooo happy , the nanny was absolutely amazing with him, she sent us updates and photos while they we're transporting and made sure he arrived to us safe. We love him and so happy to have him a part of us now. He's such a sweetheart and a good boy. Thank you to the breeders, pawrade team, and his transport nanny for making this a great experience. We'll be back and we'll recommend to others.

As with many people, we were reluctant and read lots of reviews and did research before purchasing our puppy. However, we had nothing but a positive experience. Emma and team did a great job keeping us informed the entire process. The breeder was also wonderful. We recommend Pawrade and can confirm, this is not a scam, it is a legitimate business. We now have a healthy and beautiful puppy.

The entire process was quick, easy, and they were very professional. They handled the transportation process & kept us on track with the necessary steps. Would most definitely use them again and highly recommend!!!

We absolutely LOVE our new puppy, Oliver Basil (formerly known as Diego)!! The positives about Pawrade: it is super easy to reserve a puppy, and the consierges were lovely, responsive and helpful. They worked with us and provided all the information we needed to be prepared (as much as possible) for his arrival. He is clearly very well loved and super happy and healthy. We are grateful for that. The not so good: We reached out on several occasions for answers to questions from the breeder, only to get no response. Once he arrived, we were disappointed to find that Oliver was not at all potty trained, despite being 15 weeks old. Puppy transport is a great idea, and super helpful, but very hard on the puppy. The drivers were very kind, and clearly love the puppies. They were great and communicated well. However, delivery was in the middle of the night, which was a difficult way to start off with our puppy. It took a number of days for him to be able to relax after the trauma of 36 hours of travel. All in all, we are very happy, and so grateful to have our new family member safe and sound with us. Now for some puppy training classes to help get him to learn how to potty outside...
