On how everything was easy

Our tiny little Shorkie, Roxy, arrived to us via “pampered ground transport”. She immediately started kissing my wife and, within 5 minutes, fell asleep on her face! It is obvious that everyone involved with Pawrade has taken tremendous care of our little girl! The communication and attention to detail in all phases have been first rate! I would recommend Pawrade to anyone who wants to know that they are receiving a little furry family member who has been treated wonderfully!

This has taken me years to write. Back in December of 2020, I bought a Pug puppy named Lulu and renamed her Hope. Hope came to me 3 days prior to Christmas. I was told she was 2 months...my vet stated absolutely not as she was barely 5 lbs. On Christmas eve, Hope was showing signs of lethargy, she looked high esentially. I rushed her in and that is when the vet stated there was no way she was two months old. Hope was very sick and was diagnosed with Parvo. I had to rush her to Tufts medical for round the clock care. After I dropped her off, I spoke to Pawrade, they dismissed me and Hope's well being like she was nothing. Hope was pulling through and the Dr's felt she could come home on Christmas day. The happiness didn't last long though. Two days later, she was back in the hospital with a chest infection. While she was there and they were treating her, the Dr called to tell me that Hope's labs came back and she had distemper. She was never going to be a normal dog. She was going to have a life full of seizures and over grown paw pads and a lot of other abnormalities. I was devasted. I just bought my new best friend for over $3,000 and I just spent $10,000 trying to fix her. I had to put her down. It was the humane thing to do. Pawrade was so heartless, the breeder brushed it off to blame pawrade and vice versa. No help from either side. Puppy came with parvo and distemper. My vet said they told her in veterinarian school “you may never see a pet with parvo and distemper in your career” “but I just saw both with Hope. I hope this review scares the next person enough to not buy a dog from here. It may seem easy, just pick your dog online. But the heart break is over whelming. Don't help these people, do not help their breeders.

Everything about our experience was great and the people we spoke with were amazing and there throughout the whole process and helped put our minds at ease!

Inspite of the mix up in Friday's delivery date which was to be on a Tues - the breeder did not get her to the vet on time so the date for delivery changed to the following Friday, and I had to scramble to make the delivery on the following Friday. The paperwork for my new puppy was clear and helpful through out the entire adoption was clear and most helpful. Thank you !

We were a bit sceptical when buying a happy online from the us sight unseen but things went exceptionally well, the process was well documented and all turned out perfect

The Pawrade team was very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions throughout this process. Very caring staff from the very start to receiving our puppy from the transport team. I would highly recommend Pawrade. My puppy came happy and healthy! Thank you so much.
