I cannot say enough good things about Pawrade. From my very first call to inquire about puppies, the customer service woman Dianne was so wonderful... and fun! Christie the customer service liaison was great also. If you couldn't get her by phone, she did always respond to e-mails. The travel Concierge Morgan was also very professional and attentive to all my questions and requests. I could not get to the only airport that was an option, so the puppy was delivered to my door. I got updates the entire way. Pawrade is a 5 out of 5 stars no doubt about it! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new family member.

Great communication and concern for Puppies welfare before during and after delivery

I am very Happy with everything, especially with my new furry Baby. Every step by step, from beginning until I had my puppy in my arms, was excellent, gave me all the confidence and safety for all involved, especially for Sira (Celia). Our 2 puppies are happy and healthy!

Talking to a different person every time I called was irritating. Even though they have notes. It’s not the same conversation. The small things you talk about are not in the notes. The first girl I talked to told me the puppy was doggie door trained. I asked her If that means it was potty trained and she said I assume so. That’s the reason we went for an older puppy. In fact, the puppy was not potty trained. She lived on a farm and came and went as she pleased that’s making it very hard. The good side is she is a beautiful puppy and we are happy to have her but the entire process Through Paw Rade was very frustrating. The process is very long.

I purchased a 9 week old poodle from PAWRADE. I really enjoyed doing business with them. Everyone was very professional, cordial and knowledgeable.
