Having been a dog owner my entire life, I realize how our "little babies" become a family member versus being just a pet. We recently lost our last girl and decided to acquire a much smaller dog due to our age and difficulty to care for the larger breed dogs. Finding Pawrade was amazing. My spouse found our new baby and immediately fell in love with her. Pawrade was amazing! Our biggest concern was to ensure we weren't dealing with a "puppy mill" and with some pretty extensive research, we felt comfortable contacting Pawrade. Upon our initial telephone call with Pawrade, our concerns were immediately addressed and we felt even better about choosing Pawrade. The representatives are professional and courteous. There were questions we had prior to delivery of our new baby but those questions were quickly answered having a representative available at any given point. I've never had a Shih Tzu before but we immediately fell head over heals for our new family addition. We've not been disappointed whatsoever and highly recommend Pawrade when seeking your own pup!

The company stayed in contact from the minute I reserved my puppy. Even the transportation was right on spot. awesome experience.

After being a victim of several puppy scams I was thinking I would never get a puppy. I'm so happy I found Pawrade. You guys restored my faith in people (and puppies). Everything was done with precision and professionalism. Everyone I had contact with was extremely nice and caring. My beautiful puppy (Elle), now Hailey, arrived on time almost to the minute. I love her already. I will recommend you to anyone who asks, even those who don't (I've done that already). Thanks to you all!!!!

Excellent communication from the beginning. Pawrade walked us through the entire process. I would highly recommend them! I ended up flying to pick up my new fur baby cheaper than their nanny service. I’m so glad I did. It was a great experience ❤️🐶

Pawrade has been great throughout the entire process. Their professionalism has been amazing. I am thankful that this type of company exists. Ares (formerly listed as Mason) has been amazing. The flight was scary for him but he already bounced back. Not even a full week has gone by and he’s already part of the family.

We were mostly satisfied with everyone we dealt with during this process. The only thing is that we would have liked to speak with the breeder. Thank you everyone for your help. We are very happy with our little girl, Autumn!

I want to take this time to thank everyone at Pawrade for this experience in providing my family with this Little bundle of joy. they went over and beyond to make this process as Stress-Free as possible. the reason for the 4-star rating is because of the communication updates on my puppy during the transporting process. The Pet Transport did keep me updated every day, but it seemed like a very long 4 days, I just couldn't wait to have him in my arms. This little guy is my first puppy, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I've always wanted a teacup Yorkie and now I can say I have one, thanks to Pawrade.
