GREAT, GREAT , GREAT The Pawrade team is flawless. From the start of the process to when our Doberman puppy was delivered to our door step was seamless. Communication between all parties - Pawrade, Breeder, Transport team was just IMMACULATE. Transport team sent pictures along the way. Took three days for them to bring her, but we were never wondering what is going on. Each time they entered a new state, we received an update of arrival time, how the puppy was doing, when they fed her etc. Just a great easy process all around would not change a single thing. Just a thought maybe PAWRADE should hold classes for other companies to show how things should be done when you purchase something online. Just a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.

Pawrade allowed me to find my best friend and we have been inseparable ever since! She is healthy and happy. She's the cutest baby I've ever seen and my husband thinks I'm crazy for buying a doggie stroller but I disagree. Thanks Pawrade!!

Everybody and everything was top notch. They were in communication with us the entire time. Gave us status updates and tips on training, what food the puppy was on, toy recommendations, etc. In summary an A+ experience all around.

Absolute false advertising of puppies. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING or put a reserve (full payment) in until you SEE all breeders pictures of puppy - on all sides of body and face AND sire and mother. I first asked for pictures of the puppies mother and father. They said they would request them from Breeder … did not give them to me until AFTER I reserved the puppy for full price - THEN sent the father and mothers picture, of which, looked like crossbreed dogs of low quality. The breeders (after payment) pictures of the puppy looked nothing like the adorable puppy in the Pawrade advertisement. VERY deceptive!! I will enclose the breeders pictures of a $4,000 + all taxes, fees, travel, etc…. NOT “pure bred”, registered, King Charles Spaniel and her parents. Okay, this review does not allow photos.

The customer service from Pawrade was simply amazing! From beginning to end there was constant communication and quick response time. The delivery process was smooth and easy. Our new little pup is adorable and we couldn't be happier!
