The puppies are well taken care of. Thorough documentation of vaccinations. The staff were willing to go the extra mile providing videos and passing questions and information back and forth between the recipient and the breeder. I would like to add that our little bundle of joy is do well mannered. He is calm but full of energy, beautifully colored, has a sweet and loving personality and is an absolute joy to have in our home. We are so glad that this is his home now. We love home dearly.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Tara, concierge, was a delight to work with and available at all times. She fielded numerous questions and readily set up a Zoom meeting with us and the Breeder. Kelly and Donna were helpful as well. Our little “Cowboy” is everything we had hoped he would be. Splendid job!

It's amazing that you can find any breed of puppy imaginable on Pawrade!! I found my new furry companion with them and now have my little French Bulldog Elena home with me!! Pawrade made matching us up quick and easy!! I highly recommend them!!

Communication was consistently good. There was someone available to answer our questions. The pick up of flipper, whom we renamed Tucker, was flawless. He is a healthy puppy, he is overly energetic and rambunctious, but that goes with the territory With a puppy. Shows that he was well socialized. We were thankful and are thankful that he was up-to-date with his vaccinations even with the rabies— that vaccination is not required until he is 16 weeks old in Iowa, but we’re thankful that it was all taken care of already in Fort Wayne Indiana. We are glad that we got to see Flipper/tucker in a zoom call so that we can see him move around. The people we talk to on the phone were pleasant and informative.

Step by step instructions on what needed to be done throughout the process of purchasing r Shiba Inu; including his flight to r home. Also items we needed to buy once the puppy was picked up at airport to insure his well-being. Very knowledgeable people. I would definitely recommend Pawrade.
