THIS HAS BEEN A BIG & DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE !…
I talked with 3 different ladies on the phone, Ashley, Amber and Emily. They all were so helpful and explained everything very clearly to me. Lem was 1 of 2 men that delivered Myka to me and he also explained things to me. This was a big & different experience for me however everything went very smooth. These are such well written reviews….it makes you wonder. Also, they speak about “trust”, “loss”, “pity parties”, aaallll the areas & things people would consider. The puppies seem over the top cute & the cost of them is really high. Just be careful. Read eVeRy ThInG!!! They may be giving you a huge credit line that you have to make payments on…and late payments with fees. Be careful!

Anatole, Your "review" is a bit confusing. I am not sure what the purpose is but I will try to address your points. All of our reviews are completely legitimate. Trustpilot uses AI to ensure there are no "bots" or anything of that nature writing biased reviews. All of our pups are priced at the lower end of national average. Please feel free to compare when taking into account all the benefits of buying with us. We do not do any financing ourselves. We do provide buyers with the ability to reach out to finance companies that we know to be reputable to help them get the pup they always wanted. We do not receive any commission, kick backs, or anything like that from any finance company.

Everything seemed perfect
Everything seemed perfect, I booked a puppy for a little more than $600, and I had to apply for a credit with one of the companies they work with, the conditions were not favorable, I was going to end up paying double the cost of the puppy, when I decided to cancel the process, they tell me that one of the conditions of the reservation was not to return the money, which they never told me at the beginning of the conversation. I was completely ripped off, I lost $600.

Jesus, All of our terms are presented to you during the checkout process before purchase. In fact you have to check boxes that you read and understood the terms to move forward. We are completely transparent and act with integrity. No fine print, no hidden stipulations, nothing like that. We do have some lenders that we suggest as we know they also are reputable and trustworthy. This is completely up to the customer if they choose to use them and we receive no benefit if they do. No commission, kickback, or anything like that. You were free to choose to pay for your pup in virtually any legitimate method of your choosing. You chose to cancel the sale and we honored your request in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale you agreed to before purchase. A puppy has a very short window where it is most likely to find its forever home. Taking it off the market for a buyer for even a few days diminishes the pups chances at a forever home and is costly for us and the breeder directly as well.

Wonderful dog, wonderful experience!
I had a very good experience with the purchase of my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. The communication was very good during and after the purchase, as well as during the delivery. She is a wonderful dog and I couldn't be more pleased. She is already feeling comfortable here on the first day and is very outgoing and sociable.

From when I first called to ask about Polly to delivery. The customer service was on point from day one. Questions were answered immediately. Each person I spoke with was friendly. This was my first experience with Pawrade and I highly recommend them.
