Hey Jolene, We are sorry that you are not completely happy. We do require that you take your new pup for a wellness visit within 72 hours of their arrival. This is clearly for the welfare of the pup. Being taken from the only home they have ever known can be very stressful and we, and you, should want to be certain that all is well. This also protects you. If any issue is found within 72 hours you wont have any issue getting coverage under the Petpay Health Guarantee or the complimentary Meltlife insurance we provide. I can see that you did receive the instructions to activate the Metlife insurance that truly is just a single phone call that takes no more than 5 minutes. Our transporters work as a team and drive 24/7 to get pups to their new home as quickly as possible. Sometimes this can result in arrivals at odd hours and we are very up front about this. Though inconvenient for you it is what is best for the pups. It is not a good idea for a pup to spend many nore hours waiting in transport in the driveway of their new home. Pups coats, coloring, markings, and even eye color can change. This is extremely common and should be expected. We are very upfront about this, in fact it is clearly disclosed on the original listing for every pup so that folks are not possibly disappointed. Ultimately we are happy that you chose Pawrade to help you adopt your new furry family member and we delivered them to your dooor just as promised. If you have any health issues be sure to forward all your vet documents to [email protected] so that we can get you taken care of.
