I wanted to adopt after my Chihuahuas passing in January. The adoption process in MA is broken and stressful to the point where it’s nearly impossible. My dad had an ad pop up on his phone for a baby chihuahua from Pawrade and he sent it to me. I took a look at the puppies and found Layla the Mini Dachshund. It was love at first sight. I told my mom about it and she immediately looked up reviews of the site and read some horror stories people posted because often times people don’t share their great experiences. I’m sharing to hopefully ease some doubt for another parent who is hopelessly trying to find a fur baby to love. I clicked the button on Layla’s ad and paid the $3160. I was very quickly contacted by Cynthia, from Pawrade. She explained the process going forward; what I can expect and when. Each step I was communicating with the team through email or phone calls. They are very professional and answer within hours if you leave a message. I had lots of questions and I was still very nervous. Everything I was told was accurate and my expectation was set from the very beginning with their guidance. Layla was delivered from Ohio to my doorstep two weeks later. She is an absolute sweetheart! She is healthy, happy, playful, and exactly what I hoped for. I did my job. I followed instructions, returned signatures, answered the calls, purchased puppy stuff, and got as prepared as I could. Having a puppy is not for the weak. My life will be forever changed. If I have to do it again, I would 100% choose Pawrade. I recommend them to anyone who is prepared to raise a little one! You won’t regret it.

I randomly found this website on fb market place and I didn’t realize I wanted get a labradoodle! After speaking with Blain and asking him many questions that he patiently answered I knew this would be the perfect dog for my wife who suffers from emotional stuff. We saw his picture and we fell in love with his eyes and we decided to drive up and meet him to see if Rocco liked us. After the 10 hour drive we made it and it was so worth it. Rocco came up to Angelina and showed her what she needed to feel. The real love only Rocco could offer!! I would say this to any person wanting to acquire a Goldendoodle?? What made my experience great with Pawrade was that real? They reassured me 100% that this was not a scam. That they only deal with breeders for the puppies that they sell. They are the people who get the paperwork done so that these families that are breeding puppies can be able to work or take care of their families. Pawrade called me on two different occasions to let me know that things were progressing with the paperwork in the puppy. There was a little glitch with the puppy he had a parasite. So I had to wait another week before the puppy could arrive because they had to make sure that the puppy was healthy and parasite free before he could be delivered to me. The transportation was Wagg on Wheels. They were great. I could follow them on their journey from where they left until they got to my home. Before they got to my home. They called to let me know they would be there in 20 minutes. The two young gentleman were very polite. They were very knowledgeable about what to do with your puppy and they made sure they gave you food for your puppy. They also bathed my puppy before the puppy came into the house so I had a nice clean puppy when the puppy came into the home, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Pawrade and their travel team. They responded to my inquiry very quickly. The process went quickly and at times I felt a little overwhelmed. But I spoke to people by phone and text so my questions were answered. It got a little confusing towards the end when I got passed to transportation people but they were nice, too. I now have Finnley safe and sound and my Vet said he is healthy. Yay!
