Customer service was excellent throughout the whole process. Love our new puppy!

I was nervous about using an online service for a new puppy, but the experience was easy and our puppy showed up exactly as expected….with AKC papers and all. We enjoyed watching the delivery van tracker as it made its way to us. I feel like Pawrade is a reputable service and I would recommend it!

The good: we got a puppy and could not be happier with him The bad: for various mostly valid reasons it can take weeks between paying and actually receiving your puppy. Don’t hype the fam until the puppy clears their final med check and you’re discussing travel. My main feedback to pawrade would be to help put buyers at ease by providing much more frequent and personal puppy updates during the waiting period (pics, videos) whenever possible - as if you (pawrade) are now a person watching my dog, because in a way you are.

What stands out to me were the ladies who contacted us all through the process offering information and assistance. They were always polite and helpful.

It was great to find the breed of pup we were looking for. At first communication was great up until we paid for the pup. Then it was stressful getting any information to pick coordinate the pick up. 🙄

The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Pawrade had multiple people assisting with the purchase all the way through delivery of my puppies.mmI would defintely recommend anyone who's looking for a dog to use them.

You helped to make this process seamless. It was wonderful to feel so supported by a team of individuals who cared about the puppy and me. I will absolutely utilize Pawrade when I choose to add another buddy into our family!

The people I dealt with. They were all kind, professional and caring. Kept me up- to-date regarding our puppy. It was such an easy process from beginning to end. We love our pup. She is everything they said she was. How good is that? couldn’t ask for more. The 2 gentlemen who delivered her to us were extremely nice as well. We had a good experience with Pawrade and highly recommend.
