I was a little reluctant a first about getting a puppy from across the United States, especially being delivered by vehicle. But after a couple of phone calls and finding out exactly how there process works, I was satisfied that this option would be fine. If we had any questions at all, we could reach out to them. They always contacted me back promptly or answered the phone, which is almost unheard of anymore. We received our puppy on time as stated, the puppy was healthy as per our veterinarian (first visit) so far. I would have given more stars if that were an option. Great job to everyone involved.
