Good service through the entire process. One suggestion, reduce the number of people you deal with. Everyone was friendly and helpful.Each step was handled by a different person. It can be a little confusing at times. Unfortunately our puppy had to have major intestinal surgery five days after receiving her. This was an additional several thousand dollars in addition to the normal cost. This was no fault of the Breeder or anyone involved in the process. Gary O’Neil

I got my first puppy from Pawrade last January. My experience was so amazing, that when I decided my boy needed a little brother, I came right back to Pawrade. The process is quick and easy. I picked up my first puppy from the breeder since we were so close, but I have moved and had to have my new puppy delivered. They kept me in the loop as to when my new pup would be delivered and he was in great shape when he arrived.

Thank you for all that your teams have done to make the transportation and delivery of my new baby poodle and wonderful blessing and experience. I was very scheptical as I had been scammed previously trying to get a pup. Right up togoingto the airport, I was sure there would be no baby. Guess what? There she was, slightly scared from all the strangeness, but she was there. Beautiful and mine! I love her and am so grateful to Pawrade for helping me through the process. Because of my past experience, I did not make it easy on them! Everyone was so patient and understanding. I am very pleased.
