Everyone, from the first contact to the actual delivery-was delightful: prompt, helpful and reassuring. We love our Chihuahua puppies SO much. It would have been nice to know the location of the delivery because we had to come from a great distance and it was hard to know where to book hotels, etc. Also, I would have liked more pics and videos along the way because we had to wait two months and we got a little nervous now and then wondering if the puppies actually existed. So more info about location and breeder contact earlier would really help, especially for people like us coming from great distances. But we're madly in love and all in all, Pawrade was a fantastic way to get wonderful pups! Thank you!

I have already written two other reviews. It has been over a week and a half now that I have had my pup from a Breeder through Pawrade. This will be an UPDATED review. My last reviews were two weeks ago. My Pup is doing great. She came to me sick. BUT. I feel it was because of how she traveled. I appreciate Express Puppies however I don't know how healthy the other pups were. I took immediate action. Emergency Room, followed by my new Vet. She is so happy and healthy now. The Breeder gave me the most intelligent pup ever. Oh my gosh. She is so smart. I am into week two and she fetches, leads with toys to show me she has to go potty. Teaching her to bark with her inside voice. She knows her name. I mean, I have never known an animal to be this smart. I think I can THANK THE BREEDER FOR THIS. With the trama that came with getting my Dog, I am thankful I did not give up. Anyone interested in Pawrade make sure you are persistent and patient. In the end, you will get all your answers. Since I have gotten my pup Pawrade has not communicated with me. I do, however, have access to communicate with my Breeder. Maybe that is it. You now can only communicate with your assigned Breeder. If this is the case, then it would be great if ALL customers were able to talk to their Breeders through their Adoption Process. I did finally get to talk to my Breeder thru a conference call because I persisted until Pawrade finally let me have communication. It was a great conversation. We were all kind to each other, and I got the answers that I needed. Somehow, I feel the process with Pawrade is a bit backwards, but my results were perfect. Read your Contracts. Don't be rushed into signing before reading, ok! Pawrade takes very little responsibility because they are not the Breeders. They find Breeders for you. May sound weird but knowing what I now know about Pawrade, I would get another pup from them. Knowledge is Power. Communication is the key for this company. It is that simply!

First, they do not use puppy mills. Just reputable breeders. The experience overall has been First Class. Was constantly informed of progress on the delivery. And the driver who brought him to us kept texting me regarding his eta. When the puppy arrived, he was in great shape.

The service was great and the staff is knowledgeable. The answered all my questions and alleviated some of my anxiety. Alex, my Boxer puppy is smart, funny friendly. He has bounded with family, including my 5yo cat. We received our pup, a few days ago, and I'm happy with the service, I will use again when I;m ready to purchase another puppy, and have recommended the service to family.
