Everything was great, but I think that along the process things aren't always clear. Starting with the button to "reserve" misleading, it really means "buy". At that point you have to pay. All the numbers that you see don't add up. There is a missing amount not on the screen. I had to ask about it. Through the process there are a lot of rules. I know it is for the protection of the animals, but it feels threatening. Also the rules are not clear. Timelines.... Example: stated I need to feed my pup a certain food for a year, however my pup was already 6 mo old and shouldn't have puppy food until she is 1.5 years old. Lots of picky things like that and some other timelines are a little unrealistic. Would also think there should be some communication with the breeder. Note: I purchased 2 pups, sisters. I love them.

I choose Pawrade for my puppy adoption journey after I fell in love with an adorable YorkiePoo puppy on their website. The process was easy within 10 days this puppy was delivered right to my door. I was rather amazed at how quickly Sonny adapted to his new surroundings and stole the show anytime he entered a room! I took him to Good Vets West Midtown (Truly Amazing) for this 72 hour follow up. Sonny received kudos from his vet team who praised his spunky personality. Three days later I was livid to find out that his fecal exam showed a common parasite which was instantly treated. I contacted Pet Pay who offered to pay for the antibiotics required for treatment. My concern for Sonny, and unfortunately my overall frustration sent me into defense mode resulting in a negative Pawrade review. As Sonny continued to thrive and be an expected blessing not only to me, but to anyone he comes in contact with, I decided to remove my initial review. A few weeks more passed and Sonny continued to brighten my days with is unconditional love, PLAYFUL nature, and utter cuteness. So it is no wonder I decided to write another review, only this time an exceptional one. None of us are perfect and we face challenges daily that we were not expecting. How can I hold Pawrade to a higher standard than I hold for myself when they actually delivered me the best gift ever. Peace and love!
