I paid thousands of dollars for a puppy from Pawrade and she came to me with Giardia and I’ve already gone through three treatments trying to get rid of it, but it’s so bad. Also, her dewclaws weren’t removed correctly and one is growing back and now she has to have surgery to remove them correctly. I told Pawrade at least notify the breeder so that she stops trying to remove the puppies dewclaws herself since she’s obviously not doing it correctly. I paid way too much for a puppy in this condition and Pawrade did nothing to make it right, said the would let the breeder know and that’s it. I will never use Pawrade again and I’ll be letting everyone I know how much of a terrible experience it was using Pawrade.

I could not be more pleased with working with Pawrade the communication with phone calls emails text messages and video from breeder we’re all exceptional. Pipsqueak is such a gift and bundle of joy for all and he continues to thrive in every way possible thank you Pawrade for this experience of a life time and the gift that Pipsqueak is to me and everyone in my family. Some of the best customer service I've seen. Everyone was on top of information and maintained the scheduled drop off time from day 1. My girl arrived the most joyful and fearless fur ball. She is as healthy as can be. Already playing with the older dogs and riding horses with me. Itll be a while, but i will definitely use them for my next little one!
