PawpReviews of pawp.com

This is the first time I used Pawp, my veterinarian was Courtney. She was informative polite and answered all of my questions. I will definitely follow her advice and will be using this service should I ever need it again? I would recommend anyone with a pet to take advantage of this service.

She answered our question. Very friendly and helpful. Made us feel.much better. Very knowledgeable

The LVT was helpful and thorough. We will follow up with our vet this week, but for now my mind is at ease.

They are so caring and informative. They ask plenty of questions to get a more direct diagnosis.

Very convenient, specially for the cat because he gets very stressed outside

Edit 3/7/26 I received my check for 3k. Turns out PAWP is not a scam if your situation qualifies. They will take their sweet time processing the claim, took 6 weeks for me. Rating updated. Update Feb 28, 2026: apparently they approved my claim. I did not see any notification of this, but today 2/28 I accepted payment to be sent via mail. I'm too weary to give out my online account info & I'm skeptical that i will receive anything, but if i do i will be updating my review. Until then you should be weary too. Feb 15 2026 Scam so far. Been a member since 2022. My dog went to ER for blood transfusion 15k later died. Waiting 3 weeks for claim review even though it says 5-7 business days. Fits all criteria so no exuse why I have not qualified yet. Sign up at your own risk. We are just making them rich. And of course I've contacted them over and over again.

We had the best experience with the Dr that assisted us with my fur baby Milo. We did see a vet on the 11 Th and it appears that Milo symptoms have not improved. After spending over 235.00 and our baby isn't feeling better is extremely disheartening. Our Vet with this program was genuine, kind, patient, knowledgable , and extremely helpful. Thank you Again for all Your help

OK. So this is the 3rd time I'm updating this review. All and all, pawp was good. The vets were great (I have 2 dogs). The prescription was a little difficult to figure out but they helped all along the way. I do appreciate the ease and the quick appointment. I'm a over thinker, so I got overwhelmed. I got everything I asked for and they actually gave me a credit for the confusion. I will be using them again. Thank you to the customer service team for figuring things out for me.
