This app is so helpful. It helps guide me in decision-making and getting answers. A normal vet, obviously is always the best option for tests & emergencies, but sometimes I just need some questions answered, or some guidance on if I should even see a vet or not. Sometimes it’s educational on things I didn’t know to look for, and sometimes some products are suggested to help without it being salesy. What’s nice is I can get a hold of them 24/7. It’s actually quite hard to get a hold of a regular vet 24/7 And the closest emergency vet is an hour away and way too expensive. Sometimes I just need a professional to talk to instead of rushing to spend unnecessary money. Sometimes it’s just simple advice.
