Great service…
I wish I had the same service as you folks give us on the phone here in my hometown. Efficient kind compassionate that's not what we get here but it is what it is thank you again for all your help I really really appreciate it.

Great tool for pet owners
As a pet owner, I find Pawp to be a useful tool. Our vet has limited office hours and isn’t open at all during the week. This isn’t uncommon in our area and surrounding communities. This week our dog was sick and needed to be seen. We ended up going to the ER twice. The second time out vet recommended the ER simply because they didn’t have time to see her. The ER felt it shouldn’t have been deemed an emergency but did a quick check on her. Fast forward two days and my dog still isn’t feeling good and experiencing additional symptoms. We called the ER and they told us they would review and call back. So we sat and waited an hour. I then got on Pawp and was chatting with a vet within a. hour. He was patient and walked me through some suggestions and have wonderful advice. Importantly, also gave opinion on when to take her back in or seek ER care. Meanwhile, 16 hrs later and the ER staff never bothered calling us back.
