I really love the fact that I could…
I really love the fact that I could talk to a vet and ask questions about my sick dog. my dog was miserable he had a bad case of kennel cough and I really didn't know what to do for him the vet I chatted with was very kind and guided me throughout the process and gave me ideas of what to do

My very first time using Pawp was amazing. Lisa was knowledgeable, empathetic, and diligent. She provided a ton of information as well as next steps and a time frame in which to have next steps completed. I LOVE PAWP!!

Nicole was great!
Nicole addressed my concerns, gave me a care plan, looked at all of the information that I sent! She was very polite, kind and knowledgeable. Definitely provides peace of mind when you’re dealing with something you haven’t seen before on your pet.

Excellent LVT AND GREAT APP
I love their website, it’s extremely educational and helpful for reminding people of what they need to do for their pets. It tells you exactly what you need to do to take care of your pets from head to tail! They are very helpful and nice! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND any new pet owner or even new-ish pet owners or busy pet owners to use their services. I also get the emergency insurance for one of my pets that Nationwide canceled his insurance because he was too sick after he had cancer and I had been paying for it since he was 3 months old. So, PAWP is extremely affordable and offers a lot of extras.
