I haven’t even used the service
I haven’t even used the service! I’ve canceled and they are still stealing my money. It’s nearly impossible to reach an actual human being to even speak about this, I’ve chatted with their AI assistant and nothing. 57$ isn’t much to some, but for absolutely no services rendered, it’s a rip off. I want my money back and I will be contacting the BBB if I don’t receive a refund!

Vet was super helpful and really showed…
Vet was super helpful and really showed she cared about my baby. I got options to be able to see if my issue could be resolved before going to an in-person vet while also letting me know what to watch out for!

Very grateful for the vets help!
It did take about 25 minutes to get to talk to a vet but it was a Friday night and she was very helpful. I’m feeding a stray cat that just had 3 kittens and she has gotten really thin and was not eating as much as usual. The vet told me to give her some kitten food for extra calories and I have ordered her some. Although she’s a stray, I’ve been taking care of her for a year and I can’t watch her starve especially when she’s nursing. I do think the kitten food will help and I had not thought of it. It arrives Monday and I’m grateful for her advice.

What a kind heart you have for looking after her through this. A nursing mama cat needs all the fuel she can get, and kitten food is such a smart, practical fix. The 25-minute wait on a Friday night is fair feedback, and we're glad she was worth it once you connected. Hope Monday's delivery makes a real difference for both mom and those three little ones.
