As long as you set your expectations realistically, remembering this is 100% virtual, this is a great service to have as a pet owner. As someone who has worries a little too much about everything, having 24/7 access to advice from veterinarians provides great peace of mind.

I cannot speak for all providers, services or future interactions, but I left very satisfied with my first experience. Chatted with a professional today regarding all my questions and concerns. I left with a clear understanding and expectations of how to take better care of my dog, no concerns were unaddressed, and I didn’t feel pressured or rushed through our conversation. The provider I chatted with today was very open and willing to answer all my questions thoroughly and provide valuable resources. Alasia was amazing!

In an emergency with my 7 year old Sniper the vet helped so much, provided resources and calmed and encouraged us. God sent 🙏🏽

Dr. Grace was very helpful in finding out what was going on with one of my 15 furkids, King. King was having some hair loss and brushing above his eye. This started out the size of a tiny scratch but within a week or so it got bigger.

We had attention and care right away for our 4mos old kitty. Was nice to get insight before we decided to take her care further

The tech took the time to ask me questions and have me answer them and I even provided a video. She gave me some ideas things to try with him, and a link to a vet if they didn’t help so I could get a prescription, however there was none available in my area.

Pawp comes free with my Walmart+ membership and has come in clutch multiple times already. Whenever I’m sweating it out about a pet, there is a professional there to give opinions and advice. It’s nice to speak with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or a licensed veterinary technician via chat. They take their time and ask for specific details to understand the issue. Very professional and very helpful.
