The app is relatively easy to use and performed as advertised. There are obviously things it cannot do - like a needle biopsy - but the guidance we received was solid and there were no hiccups.

Super friendly, professional and efficient! I did this service as an add-on from Walmart+ and it's absolutely worth it- I am a high anxiety pet owner so being able to check things with someone at almost no cost is super comforting. Really helps me determine if I need to go to the vet or if I can just hang tight.

We have a little jack cheese Shih Tzu mix little boy and he started to have these Weezy coughing episodes worse than he’s ever had them and it frightened us a bit the veterinary tech was knowledgeable. She was concerned she was appropriate and very, very kind and in good and patient with us and I appreciate it very much. She took a very, very heavy load off my mind. .
