Do not buy from this company. Total scam. Charged my credit card and product has never been received. There is no customer service at all. You can never reach anyone by phone and no one from the company responds to emails.

I ordered one of their bundles (PupRug Bundle - Orthopedic Bed Curve + Matching Waterproof Blanket) and while I did receive the bed very fast, the blanket was nowhere to be found. I've called their number at least 8 times, and all it says is "No one is available, leave a message" and I did, about 4 times. I also sent 3 emails, and zero response.

Customer service is nonexistant/MIA The products are pricey, but nice--so long as they aren't defective. If you get a dud like I did, you may be up the creek with no paddle. I've opened a ticket via email. No response after more than 5 days. I've called the customer service number in the middle of the posted hours--and was sent straight to voice mail because "no customer service representatives are available." I spent more than $150 on a dog bed that is unusable because the foam (after more than a week now) has not expanded. I know sometimes foam just doesn't expand. But I do expect to get a replacement in a timely manner. There's no way to initiate that in their system. And I can't get in touch with their customer support. Nonetheless, I get daily emails from their marketing department. I have spent more than an hour trying to get in touch with customer service. Very frustrating. Therefore I cannot recommend this company.

Did not receive my full order. No one will return Emails or phone calls, the dog bed that did show up was of average quality, nothing special, not worth the money, My dog likes the My Pillow dog bed better, Dont waste your time or money, most likely there stuff is made in China. Chewy is a better way. God Bless.
