Hermes delivered my order to the wrong address so I phoned Paula's Choice customer care, got through straightaway and they sent me a replacement immediately, no hassle. Excellent customer service. I love the product too.

So this is REALLY strange
So this is REALLY strange. I started using the C25 and after a month wasn’t sure so wanted to give it another month but they were out so I tried the C15.I couldn’t work out why my fingers looked like I had nicotine stains, then I realised not was the liquid from the stopper running down my fingers. Took a pumice stone to sort that. But if that liquid is staining my fingers orange how can it possibly work when it is trying to lessen the orange/brown of age spots? Answer is it doesn’t and actually made them worse. Strange because I know this company has a decent reputation. Back to drawing board!

I bought a sample size of the 2%…
I bought a sample size of the 2% exfoliating lotion, having seen some positive feedback and reading that it was suitable for all skin types. My advice to others would be don't believe the hype. After just two applications leaving on over night, my skin is horrible. It's so dried out, it's breaking out and reacting and it's caused redness. All hype, no substance, avoid!
