I have ordered a Gold stardust watch a couple of weeks ago. It took approx 5-7 days for the watch to come. Objectively speaking, it is a nice watch, and it is exactly like advertised on the webshop. After receiving the watch, I have tried to adjust the metal straps with the little pin included in the box. However this pin was not high quality, so it didn't work. I have then brought the watch to a professional watch shop, and they have adjusted the metal straps for me. After wearing the watch for a couple of minutes, I realised it didn't really fit my style. So I made the decision to send the watch back. After reading the reviews on trustpilot I was kinda worried that Paul Rich wouldn't refund me, since I have wore it for a couple of minutes. So I have requested a refund (this process took a while, like 2 weeks). But today I have got my full refund back, and I'm happy with the service. Overall the points of improvement could be: Faster delivery/refund times. Just a sidenote: according to EU law you should always be able to have a refund on a product. Especially on a watch, it's very normal that a consumer wants to try it on before actually making a choice. I'm happy Paul Rich made the good decision to refund me, hence the 5 stars. Also the customer service was pretty good, a reaction in less than 3hr period.

What a great watch, I just received my Ambassador's Rose Leather watch and it came in a great package, a great description and I looks so awesome! I works perfect and I received it in 2 days, I love it!

Great Automatic watch, and man does the Star Dust face look wonderful. This is a very nice watch priced at $499.99. I would love to give this a 5 star review, but sadly I have noticed a flaw with the plating between the links. Between Every single link the raw metal is exposed, meaning the plating was not done properly. This may or may not cause corrosion between the links eventually, and is a simple lack of quality. I have seen other cases of customers experiencing this exact issue on gold plated watches where the gold plating will flake off between the links due to poor electroplating. Being that this is the highest price watch Paul rich offers, I am a little disappointed.

I just received my watch, the shipping was fast and I love the quality, thank you! Looks gorgeous on the wrist and perfectly matches my outfits giving me this classy feel, this one is my new favourite!

Great watches. Pre-ordered Star Dust and bought the nw Sultan Ruby. Amazing quality!
