Patriot Depot has it all. More products to express American patriotism than I could imagine. Customer service is reliable because they care about getting it right, and if anything happens that shouldn't happen, they make it right. Very satisfied.

I ordered a Freedom shirt from here the day Charlie Kirk was taken from us. The shirt came quickly and I even got a free gift. No complaints about them, I look forward to my continued business with them.

Had issues with this order. First they shipped the wrong products, after contacting customer service they agreed to send a return shipping label and send the correct product. However, they shipped the product to my billing address not the shipping address on the order, which is where the original order shipped to. We are temporarily in AZ so having coffee mugs in CO wasn't great. A neighbor came down and brought the box so I now have the mugs. Upside the quality is great like everything else I had ordered from them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your continued support of Patriot Depot. We sincerely apologize for the errors with your order. Receiving the wrong products was frustrating enough, but having the replacements shipped to your billing address instead of the designated shipping address only added to the inconvenience. We certainly understand your disappointment, especially while you were temporarily staying in Arizona. We're grateful that your neighbor was able to help get the mugs to you, although we recognize that you should never have had to make those arrangements in the first place. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this experience, and it means a great deal to hear that you're pleased with the quality of the mugs and your previous purchases. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to correct the original order, even though we fell short in the process. We value your business and look forward to providing you with a much smoother experience in the future.

Ordered several items as gifts and most of the items were good. One of the items they shipped incorrectly so I received the wrong item. I tried several times to contact the company for an exchange and NEVER heard back. You can only email...there is no phone number for customer service contact.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear that you were pleased with most of the items you ordered, but we're sincerely sorry that one of your gifts was incorrect and that your attempts to reach us went unanswered. Receiving the wrong product is frustrating enough, but not receiving a timely response when trying to correct the issue only adds to that frustration. You should not have had to repeatedly reach out for assistance, and we take responsibility for falling short in this situation. We appreciate you giving Patriot Depot the opportunity to be part of your gift-giving, and we regret that we didn't deliver the level of customer service you deserved. We would welcome the opportunity to make this right and hope you'll give us another chance to earn your confidence. Thank you for your feedback and for supporting Patriot Depot.
