I’ve ordered from Patriot Depot 4 times. The products are all top notch! The quality is amazing and made in the USA! I would definitely recommend purchasing from Patriot Depot! It does take a few extra days to receive your order but it’s a small shop trying to grow their business. They have my continued support! So worth the wait!

Great experience! I bought two hats and a couple of shirts, and everything was delivered quickly. The quality was solid, and the whole process was smooth. A reliable company with strong conservative values.

I have been waiting for my order for thee weeks now, I have sent you a complaint four days ago, no response, you charged my credit card and still no delivery or even the fact that my order will ever be delivered. If you want me to keep purchasing your products you should at least contact me. my order #PD724169.

We are sorry for the frustration surrounding your order and would like to clarify what occurred. Your order was shipped to the address provided at checkout. Unfortunately, the ZIP code entered with your order was incorrect, which prevented USPS from completing delivery. According to the tracking history, USPS attempted to deliver your package over a period of several weeks before ultimately returning it to us. While we understand your frustration, once an order leaves our facility, we rely on USPS tracking information and customer communication to identify delivery problems. We are not automatically notified when a package encounters an address issue or remains undeliverable within the postal system. We certainly did not intentionally delay or withhold your order, and we regret that this situation caused you concern. We value your business and would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter. Please contact us to confirm your correct shipping address so we can discuss the next steps. [email protected]

Very poor service!! Their website says ships within 5 - 10 days, after 14 days the Shop App says delivered!! However I absolutely haven't received my product, I've reached out to Patriot twice and so far nothing but crickets!!! They certainly didn't hesitate to take my $178 though!! I guess my only resolution at this point is to at least file a complaint with BBB and then see if my credit card company can get my money back.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment you experienced with your order. Your concerns regarding the shipping delay, delivery notification, and lack of timely communication were completely understandable. We recognize that when a customer places an order with Patriot Depot, they trust us not only to deliver the products they've purchased but also to provide dependable communication along the way. In this instance, we fell short of those expectations, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We take feedback like yours seriously, as it helps us identify areas where we need to improve. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and regret that your experience did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. We value your business and hope you will give us another opportunity to earn your trust.

I believe this business is a scam. When I ordered on February 28 the site stated shipping would be in 7 to 10 business days. Well, it’s been over ten business days and I’ve haven’t heard a word from them about shipping. Deathly quiet once they got my money. It appears my resolve is to contest the charge on the card. This was a present for my grandson who lives in Germany. I ordered several other things for him form other retailers and they have all arrived. Don’t buy from these people.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and lack of communication you experienced with your original order. We understand your frustration, especially knowing these items were intended as gifts for your grandson overseas. While we recognize that your experience fell short of expectations, we do want to respectfully address the suggestion that Patriot Depot is a scam. We are a legitimate, veteran-owned American business, and we take our responsibility to our customers very seriously. Shipping delays and communication shortcomings are certainly frustrating, but they are never an indication of an intention to deceive our customers. We also want to sincerely thank you for placing another order with us since writing this review. Your decision to give Patriot Depot another opportunity means a great deal, and we truly appreciate your continued business. We hope your more recent experience has helped restore your confidence in our company. We value your support and remain committed to providing the service our customers deserve.
