Patriot DepotReviews of patriotdepot.com

The Patriot cap was exceptional. It was beautifully made and beyond that, my son loves it. He wears it everywhere!! Researched before buying, and I am so glad I picked Patriot Depot.

Ordering was not a problem but displaying what I was buying, was? I could not see the back of the cap to see if was a strap or clip adjustment? Once I got the cap, I was very disappointed with the product. It had a strap for adjustment and the lettering was no centered at all. I looked like a rush job.

Good quality stuff. Arrived on time and in good condition.

I did love the quality of the apparel I received, but I need to return 2 of the shirts. Just have patience while waiting for a reply from this small, family owned American business!

Initially, I was upset with this company, as I had oredered 3 items and got them all in great turnaround time! Even my red Charlie Kirk hoodie. It was too small and I emailed 4 separate times with no response and like others have said, there is no customer service number. Finally, an employee got back to me, apologized for the ball drop in communication, and offered to send me a replacement hoodie in the right size right away. Without sending the too small one back! I was glad to see they were doing their best to make up for the lack of customer communication
