I have ordered several times from Patriot Depot. Merchandise always comes as it is supposed to be and always good quality. The site is user-friendly and customer service is excellent. I will order from this company again.

I am awarding 5 Stars to Patriot Depot because they reversed a challenging order experience in November 2025 into a remarkable save. I have been a longtime customer with Patriot Depot, with a past of reliable, on time order delivery. When the Charlie Kirk tragedy happened September 10th, I ordered two tee shirts for the October Birthday and Memorial for my husband and myself. I sent several email shipping status inquiries, without obtaining response, in late September but I also could see the magnitude of US (and World) response to Charlie’s untimely death. Given massive turnouts at Turning Point USA HQ and numerous Campus Events across the US, I knew Patriot Depot had to be completely inundated and overwhelmed by orders, manufacturing, shipping. I was disappointed I did not have the tee shirts for October 10th, but as a devoted supporter of Charlie Kirk understood the magnitude associated with unanticipated product demand. I continued the outreach and made contact early November with amazing staff communication in Patriot Depot’s Customer Service. When I received the two red Memorial TShirts mid November, I ordered several new Tshirts (one was a white FREEDOM Charlie Kirk tee) from Patriot Depot for my husband for Christmas. These high quality shirts arrived in a timely manner well in front of the Holiday. The high quality service was very professional and restored the trust I have always had in Patriot Depot’s integrity. The Charlie Kirk Tee Shirt delay was a one time anomaly I hope patrons of Patriot Depot can understand and forgive. It is an excellent Company.

I received part of my order. What I received was good, but the company was unresponsive about the rest of my order. The post office said it was delivered. It was not. Patriot Depot said it was not their problem. They only responded after they thought it was delivered, not at all in the previous 2 months.Horrible customer service and communication. Run from this company! Never received 2 shirts or a refund.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you were pleased with the items you received, but we're sincerely sorry for the frustration surrounding the remainder of your order and the communication you experienced. As explained in our order confirmation emails, Patriot Depot works with multiple fulfillment partners, and certain products ship separately. This means an order may arrive in multiple packages, with different tracking numbers and delivery dates. We understand that this can sometimes create confusion, particularly when one shipment is marked delivered while other items are still outstanding. That said, we recognize that you should have received timely responses to your inquiries, regardless of how your order was shipped. We apologize that our communication fell short and left you feeling that your concerns were not being addressed. We never want a customer to feel that a missing shipment is simply their problem. We value your business and would appreciate the opportunity to review the tracking information for the two shirts and determine an appropriate resolution. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We sincerely regret that your experience did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide.

Ordered from PatriotDepot.com and everything went exactly as it should. The site was easy to use, checkout was simple, and my order shipped quickly. Everything arrived well packaged and matched the description online. I also reached out with a quick question and got a helpful response, which I really appreciated. Overall, Patriot Depot feels reliable and professional. I’d definitely order from them again.
