Had issues with this order
Had issues with this order. First they shipped the wrong products, after contacting customer service they agreed to send a return shipping label and send the correct product. However, they shipped the product to my billing address not the shipping address on the order, which is where the original order shipped to. We are temporarily in AZ so having coffee mugs in CO wasn't great. A neighbor came down and brought the box so I now have the mugs. Upside the quality is great like everything else I had ordered from them.

Receiving the wrong products was frustrating enough, but having the replacements shipped to your billing address instead of the designated shipping address only added to the inconvenience.
