We sincerely apologize for the delay with your T-shirt order and, equally important, for our failure to respond to your emails in a timely manner. You placed your order with a reasonable expectation of receiving it within the advertised shipping timeframe, and we clearly fell short. Waiting more than a month without receiving your merchandise or meaningful communication is understandably frustrating, and we take full responsibility for that. We recognize that good customer service doesn't end when an order is placed. Our responsibility is to keep customers informed, especially when unexpected delays occur, and we failed to meet that expectation in your case. We truly regret the frustration and disappointment this caused. Your feedback is important, and we are committed to improving both our order fulfillment and customer communication. Thank you for giving Patriot Depot an opportunity to serve you. We sincerely hope we can earn back your trust.
