The quality is poor. Ordered 6 Adirondack chairs. Built one - which took a bit - and it leans back so far it’s uncomfortable and the legs bend under the weight of my 200lb husband. BEWARE of their return policy. They won’t take anything back once it’s been assembled and then charge you a 15% restocking fee to return any items still in box. They offered me $60 to just keep the items when I paid over $500 and told ME that it would be more cost effective🤣. This company is horrible and their customer service is a joke. DON’T buy from them!!

We experienced excellent customer service from start to finish. When placing my order, I accidentally ordered too many chairs. I reached out to customer service, and they immediately corrected my order and processed the refund without any hassle. Later, I encountered another issue that needed to be resolved, and once again, their customer service and communication were outstanding. I truly appreciate a company that follows up with its customers and stands behind its products. That level of care is becoming increasingly rare these days, and it made for an exceptional overall experience.

The products are well constructed and not flimsy, they were delivered on time and in good condition What really stands out is the customer service! Had an issue I contacted them and they responded immediately not once but three times following up. The took care of the issue with no fuss or cost and we couldn’t be more pleased!! I recommend this company , top notch all the way

We had a small tear in one of the chairs and they replaced it promptly. I will say the 3-4 minute estimated assembly time was a little optimistic. Plan on 20 minutes each! 🤪

Patio Kingdom was a great company to order from. the prices were competitive, the shipment arrived quickly and the communication was excellent. The quality of the chairs that we purchased is excellent.

The product itself (cantilevered umbrella) seems sturdy. Several pieces of hardware (screws, washers, etc) were missing. Bubble pack they were contained in was open on one side and everything on that side fell out and not to be found anywhere. The other side of bubble pack was stapled (appeared to have been done post production.) Directions are not easy to follow. The fabric on shade is overlapped and twisted on every other spoke. Emailed customer service and received no response after 24 hours (they say 24/7 service.) We went to hardware store to see if we could find the missing pieces

I ordered an umbrella which arrived in a tattered box that was completely retaped, and badly, along all the seams. I can’t understand why they would send me this product that was likely returned. I sent photos to the comapany. Their communication was poor and simply stated they would never send a returned product. They would not explain the photo evidence. They refused and request for refund as did PayPal. So I’m stuck with my returned Umbrella.
