If we could return this furniture easily, we would. But since you have to assemble every tiny piece, to return it would be a nightmare. I am bummed about the cushions and the fact that every piece has a heart cut out in it (that is not clear in the photos online), as well as the fact that every piece is stand alone. The back cushions are decent but the bottom cushions on all of the chairs are very thin and make the entire set look cheap. Every piece is stand alone, so the couch is 3 chairs pushed together, which is fine until someone sits down and kicks one part back. And my husbands least favorite part....the hearts. Every single piece has a pretty big heart cut out. So since the couch is 3 stand alone chairs, you have 3 hearts along the back of the couch. We just think it makes it look cheap. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for. We hope buying different cushions will help to make the set look better. We are planning on trying to find a way to connect the 3 couch pieces. As for the hearts, not much you can do about them unless you get some kind of sticker to cover them. I gave it 2 stars in hopes that the set holds up well, it seems like it might?

Absolutely horrible customer service. After purchasing over $1000 of a dining set, they shipped the wrong table and wrong chairs. Completely unusable attempts to contact them via text message and emails. There’s been no response. This is your warning. This company does not care about you. They have not responded to any emails that I’ve sent them. They sent me the wrong size table wrong number of chairs in the wrong type of chair. They do not respond to their emails or anything. There’s no phone number to call.

Ordered an umbrella and base but the umbrella arrived without the base. You can’t actually use the umbrella with a base…..reached out to the company and they said they would check with the carrier. Days and days went by. I reached out again. They said they would check with carrier. Days and days went by. I check the tracking, it’s clearly stuck in transport. I reached out to the company a third time. They said they would check with carrier. I asked for them to send me a new base or to return the umbrella for a full refund. They refused. Not pleased with my unusable umbrella.

Cute. Sturdy. Easy to assemble

I had issues with assembling the order and never received a response and help from customer service. I’ve contacted customer support about returning the order and have not received a response.

Order was delivered promptly and in good condition. Item was great quality and value.

I purchased 2 Adirondack Swivel Gliders - and love them! Great product…..great price…..and very easy to assemble! I have purchased similar chairs in the past - from a different Company - all 3-4 times more expensive. The quality of the Patio Kingdom products vs. their much higher priced competitors is equal or better! And did I mention their Customer Service? I had to order a spare part - it came quickly and at no cost. I highly recommend Patio Kingdom!

We bought a table and 8 chairs and an umbrella! We love all of it! It’s so beautiful, comfortable and we get so many compliments on it! We had an issue with one of the chairs and customer service helped us to get the problem resolved! We are very pleased with our experience !
