Quick delivery, went together with reasonable effort. Solid packaging, although not the highest quality out there, what I received met my expectations for what I paid. I can get many years out of this set. I’m very satisfied

I ordered patio chairs and a table. Assembly was pretty easy and straightforward. Some of the screws on the chairs kept backing out. I called an explained the problem, I also sent pictures. They were able to resolve this issue within a week and the chairs are secure. The table blew over in the wind and two legs broke off. I sent pictures withe an explanation. Within 3 days a new table arrived. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable. The service team is great. No hassle, just fast resolution. I will order from them again. I would have given them a 4.5 rating but could only give 4. My reasoning is that the engineers who designed the chairs should have known about the screws backing out and the proper screws should have been included in the original shipment. Other than that, I am happy with the product and the team.

Nice product and service was excellent. The directions for the chairs however were very difficult to make out since print was very light. Suggest making adjustments or referring people to on line directions.

The product seems nice. The instructions are ridiculously poor.

The delivery was very fast. However, the instructions were not great in assembling.

My experience started with disappointment as both of the chaise lounge chairs I purchased had a maligned hole issue so one leg would not fully attach. However, after contacting customer service and sending photos of the problem I am pleased to say they made good on their product and sent me two replacement chairs! I haven’t had time to assemble them yet but we are looking forward to enjoying them soon. I appreciated the timely and professional correspondence with the company and am very pleased with them and the resolution.

Harder to put together than described. Seats need cushions to be comfortable but looks good and is functional.

The quality of the product is 5 stars unfortunately my order was lost in shipping and it took a lot of follow up on my part to resolve. There was not a telephone number that I could find to resolve in realtime I had to email back and forth.
