Lounge chairs were packaged and delivered with defective and incorrect parts. Per their return policy they say they will provide return shipping labels. They would not provide saying I had the correct parts even after I sent pictures providing proof of defective and incorrect parts. They offered me a $30 refund on an order more than $750 and would not honor their return policy (which aside from manufacturing defects, also states if you are unhappy with your order for ANY reason you can return item for a refund) Beware working with this company.

Love our cantilever umbrella. Initially there were a couple of bolts missing. Messaged customer service and they took care of it. Great company.

We ordered 6 umbrellas with the LED lights. We received 6 umbrellas without lights. They would not make the order right no matter how many times I asked. We offered to ship incorrect ones back, they said no. Their solution was to either send them a picture of all umbrellas cut up for a full refund or accept a partial refund to go buy our own lights. Never worked with a worse company! We just wanted what we ordered.

We ordered 6 Adirondack chairs. When I first received them they looked great. Within a month the arms are warped and the screws have failed. One guest fell on his back while sitting in the chair and the other chairs are no longer aligned correctly. I emailed customer support but was ignored.

My experience started with disappointment as both of the chaise lounge chairs I purchased had a maligned hole issue so one leg would not fully attach. However, after contacting customer service and sending photos of the problem I am pleased to say they made good on their product and sent me two replacement chairs! I haven’t had time to assemble them yet but we are looking forward to enjoying them soon. I appreciated the timely and professional correspondence with the company and am very pleased with them and the resolution.

The set I purchased seems to be good quality and shipping was fast. Customer service was very fast to respond when I had a question.

I’ve been using this cantilever umbrella for a few weeks now, and I’m very happy with it. The base feels sturdy and keeps the umbrella stable even on breezy days. I love how easy it is to adjust the canopy throughout the day to stay in the shade. The design looks modern and elevated, making my outdoor space feel much more inviting. Assembly was straightforward, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Definitely a great addition to my patio.
