That is certainly not the experience we want for our customers, especially after investing in a full dining set. We understand how frustrating it must be to wait weeks for replacement parts and then see the tracking information not updating. Please know that once the replacement parts were shipped, we have been monitoring the shipment, and carrier delays can unfortunately occur in transit.
