Umbrella quality is a 10/10! My dad went to open it not being familiar with how it opens and a piece broke but the company mailed us a brand new one. The customer service is also 10/10! Highly recommend purchasing from Patio Kingdom!

We purchased an outdoor table with 6 chairs. The set looked nice, however after sitting in the chairs , you could feel how cheap they were. Within 1 day, 3 of the chairs began sagging and one by one they completely gave out leaving a crumbled disaster behind. Although they refunded our money, there initially offer was a 200.00 credit and replace the broken chairs with “ heavy duty” ones. I feel like everyone that purchases a set from the should be receiving heavy duty ones as the people who ended up on the ground from the broken chairs were all under 170 lbs.

We orderd hand railing and was missing 4 brackets. They promptly sent a whole replacement railing, but was also missing said parts. Now they have ghosted us. Both railings going into the trash.

Stay away! Over promise and under-deliver! Great sales verbiage. But once it is delivered, you are on your own. The instructions are vague and extremely difficult to follow. Need help...that 24/7 line is a synonym for ghosting. When there was a response, the address came in Chinese! Stay away!

I ordered patio chairs and a table. Assembly was pretty easy and straightforward. Some of the screws on the chairs kept backing out. I called an explained the problem, I also sent pictures. They were able to resolve this issue within a week and the chairs are secure. The table blew over in the wind and two legs broke off. I sent pictures withe an explanation. Within 3 days a new table arrived. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable. The service team is great. No hassle, just fast resolution. I will order from them again. I would have given them a 4.5 rating but could only give 4. My reasoning is that the engineers who designed the chairs should have known about the screws backing out and the proper screws should have been included in the original shipment. Other than that, I am happy with the product and the team.
