I had never heard of PatioHQ until the manufacturer of my patio furniture told me to go there for replacement parts for my sectional. I had an easy time finding what I needed. Everything arrived as expected and on time. No complaints!

I needed replacement cushions for my patio furniture, consisting of 2 armchairs, one three-person sofa and one two-person sofa. This required 7 seat cushions and 7 back cushions. I did extensive internet searching for custom made cushions and finally chose to work with Patio HQ because their web page actually had an image of the exact seating set that I have. Their man Jeff was very helpful in answering numerous questions over about a month as I narrowed my choice of fabric. There was a several week wait before the cushions were constructed and shipped. But the result was very satisfying.

Excellent customer service.

Ordered replacement cushions for 2 couches and 4 chairs, each requiring seat bottom and back, all in sunbrella fabric with piping. The cushions arrived in about 3 weeks from the date of the order and we couldn’t be more pleased. Very well made and firm but not too firm. We actually like them much better than the original cushions. This is a really good company and sales staff are very pleasant and so easy to work with. Highly recommend them!
