Very happy with quality, price and delivery. Exceeded my high expectations.

I am MORE than happy with the cushions from Patio HQ. They exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The quality of the fabric is wonderful (Sunbrella) , the way they were packaged and labeled for easy identification, the firmness of the cushions. I could not be more thrilled to be honest. I was a bit scared of what I would be getting, but would do this all over again.

Very pleased with the large replacement cushions that I received yesterday. I give PatioHQ 5 stars for product and email responsiveness. While I am understanding to working with a 3rd party shipper, I would share that the 3rdP never contacted, nor attempted to contact me (as described), but my product was left in the driveway under my garage overhang - so the delivery of the huge box was placed well. Thankfully the large cushions were wrapped in plastic inside of the box to prevent water damage. All around, happy customer and I recommend PatioHQ! (Ordered on 5/13 and delivered on 6/15 - I think this is a reasonable turnaround time.)

Ordering from Patio HQ is very easy and you are given the option to pick fabric color for furniture. Delivery is great, logistics company calls and unloads boxes off pallet before leaving.

I ordered replacement cushions for outdoor patio furniture from this company. I had lots of questions since it is quite the investment price wise. Jeff answered all of my questions in a very timely manner and he even sent me the direct links to my particular patio furniture cushions, which was very helpful not to have to navigate the site on my own. He even helped match the color I needed and it is a perfect match. The cushions look amazing on the patio, which is my happy place to get away from everything :) Thanks Jeff.
