Great product and good to work with.

I just added an ottoman and cushion to the set I purchased two years ago. Added a rocker last year. Love everything about this set i have purchased from patio hq and this years purchased didn’t disappoint. Great customer service and great quality products. Oh

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality! I wasn't sure how these cushions would be, so I only ordered three. I am happy to say I will be ordering more.

Great chairs at a great price.

I placed an order on line with PatioHQ, The next day I was shocked to receive a call from Kenny of PatioHQ confirming receipt of the order but concerned that I might have ordered the wrong type/shape of cushion. I was Shocked to receive this call! When I've placed orders on line in the past I hope and pray the product will be as expected. To have someone from the retailer call me to confirm and clarify is unheard of!!! After several more calls from Kenny's associate, Jeff, requesting pictures and measurements of the furniture I was purchasing the cushions for, and production was underway. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and attention to detail of these gentlemen! And the final product, my new sofa and chair cushions are beautiful, fit perfectly, and are high quality craftsmanship! And made in America!!!! I could not be happier!!!!! Thank you Kenny and Jeff!!!!!

Kenny was absolutely the most helpful, pleasant and professional person to deal with! We needed replacement cushions for existing furniture and Kenny helped me source the cushions and material and did all of the legwork all the while keeping me updated with status along the way. He also double checked that we were getting exactly what we wanted and proposed alternate solutions just in case. Overall it was a pleasure to do business with PatioHq and I highly recommend!

I am thrilled with the cushions for my patio furniture. I had difficulty finding the correct size and Patio HQ are a perfect fit. Customer service was extremely helpful(I think his name was Kenny). The fabric I had ordered was no longer in stock, I received a phone call and email to notify me and help me choose another pattern. Thank you
