Jeff at Patio HQ was very responsive and helpful. I ordered 2 Chaise Lounge cushions and the whole process was very easy! Received the cushions in less than 3 weeks and very happy with end product. They have a vast selection of fabric colors and the quality is excellent! The only thing I would of done differently is ask about cushion options. I went with standard and they are firmer than ones we replaced. We are getting used to them. Not sure if there are other options so thought I would mention.

The cushions were perfect! I use the furniture all the time because they are so comfortable. The cushions arrived promptly too.

The replacement furniture feet came on time. I just finished the project and everything fit and is now great again.

I only needed the bottom covers and Was happy to hear They had the same Sunbrella fabric that the tops were made of. Not too expensive about $400 for five bottoms and quality is pretty good and didn't take to long to get them. Customer service was very responsive to emails and chat questions-i would definitely use them again and mention them to the furniture company where originally purchase my patio furniture from in case other customer had similar difficulties getting replace cushions :)

We had an old set from 2014 that needed new cushions. With Jeff's help we have a perfect replacement and the set looks brand new. Thanks for your help, Randy Hayes
