PatioHQReviews of patiohq.com

The replacement cushions I ordered fit my furniture perfectly! Delivered when promised and boxed up very nice and neat. The only thing, I wished back cushions would have have been a little higher but wouldn’t keep me from purchasing again! Took me a long time to find cushions to fit my furniture.

Ordered 3 swivel Savannah North cape swivel rockers. It’s our 2 set of 3. Fantastic quality. Our1st set lasted 14 years. Kenny with Patio HQ is top notch especially when their website went down for a weekend. I would definitely recommend them and the best price I found.

Very attentive. Thanks! Delivery poor.

I have to say that it was a rocky road in getting my furniture. The shipping was delayed for quite some time and there was so much confusion on what I had and had not received but in the end I was treated with so much care and quick responses by their customer service rep that I would gladly work with this company again. The best part of my experience was my beautiful furniture. It was top quality and I am beyond happy with my purchase. I want to thank the rep for his time and patience with me, he was great (sorry I can't remember his name).

The ordering process online was very easy. I had made an error in one of the products and had received an email asking if what I had ordered was correct. It was not, so I was very pleased that someone really paid attention to the details of the order and was kind enough to email me with their questions. The shipping time was a little longer than I had thought it would be, and we did not receive a phone call to schedule the delivery, so I am glad that we were home when the delivery truck came with the items. I had ordered 4 items and we only received 3. So I will be calling to check on the status of the 4th item.

I have an older glider and ottoman. I provided the model, dimensions and photos and received 2 links to the appropriate replacement cushions from Jeff the same day. Products arrived within the time frame I was given. They are good quality and fit the glider and ottoman nicely. They are actually thicker than my original ones and quite a bit more comfortable!

Ordered 2 cushions for chairs and ottoman cushion. One chair and ottoman cushion arrived about 60 days later. Unfortunately I was short the second cushion. Happily it came last week. They did solve my problem and were pleasant in the process!

We bought a beautiful Cabo cushioned patio set back in 2017 from our local furniture store. Unfortunately with the ever changing seasons here in Wisconsin, it can put extreme wear and tear on your outdoor furniture. Two years ago we had an excessive amount of snow and even though we had covers on our furniture we had forgotten to remove the support piece from our club chair. With all of the heavy snow melting it turned to ice and made the support sag and we could no longer use our chair. I have searched for a while now to try to find replacement parts and was so thankful to stumble upon Patio HQ. I was able to find a replacement support piece for our chair and new furniture clips for our couch as ours had broken. I will definitely order from here again if I’m ever in need of additional replacement parts for our outdoor furniture set! The only reason I give this review 4 stars is because the items I was looking for didn’t have pictures on the site. It would be very helpful and beneficial to know exactly what your replacement part looks like before you order to ensure it’s the correct piece.
