Replaced seat and back cushions for outdoor couch and 2 chairs. Site was easy and helpful to choose fabric type, colors and styles. Found the total cost to be less expensive than other companies. My order was delivered within the time frame and manner that was communicated to me in the confirmation process. The end product exceeded my expectations. We ordered replacement cushions for a 14 year old patio sectional. We sent photos of our set to get advice as to what to order, and Jeff was able to immediately identify the manufacturer. As a result, he said we could order standard, rather than custom, cushions, provided us with ordering links, and even let us know about an upcoming sale. Jeff was completely responsive and patient with our questions. Ordering was easy and the cushions arrived (on a pallet - there were a lot!) in less than two weeks. The workmanship is great and these Sunbrella cushions will last a long time. Each set arrived sealed in a plastic bag and were clearly labeled. Honestly, we couldn't be more happy with PatioHQ and have already told our inquiring neighbors. Thanks so much - we love the cushions.
