PatioHQReviews of patiohq.com

The deep seat cushions are absolutely beautifully made, the material is lovely and I am very happy my with my custom order. The problem I had was, I could not get into the website to see shipping status, shipping took over a month, and I had to call a few times to see when my item would be shipped. Kenneth was absolutely wonderful on helping me expedite the shipping process that seemed to sit in the warehouse and having the cushions arrive soon after our conversation.

Found parts that I could not locate elsewhere at a fair price. Unfortunately when my ordered arrived it was missing key components. Customer service was solid and PatioHQ worked to rectify the problem. Ultimately they sent a new order to me. Only issue was time. Several weeks had pasted before order arrived.

They were VERY knowledgeable about product and sizing. It took awhile to get a response from my inquiry but then they were right on it.

The ottoman is nice, just like advertised. My only complaint is one of the bolts did not have a head on it, luckily we found one in our toolbox that we could use.

The replacement cushions are wonderful and fit exactly as ordered. The only drawback was ordering through the website. We finally had to order by phone. Thank you.

great material and update quality for work.

The customer service is very good. I have gone through all the products, and they are good and fine in quality. Overall experience is commendable.

I have no complaints the shipping was handled very well
