There’s no way to leave a zero stars!! RUN DONT WALK. Delay after delay…no answers, not helpful, orders ship from Atlanta or overseas…I call BS!!!! I’m going to contest with my credit card!!!!

This was by far the worst experience I have had ordering online . The product was delayed . When it did arrive none of the items we ordered fit . To get a hold of someone your out on hold . And I had to contact them 3 times before my order even shipped . This online shopping is a joke

Ordered couch and two ottomans. Status never changed from initial processing. Missed delivery date and they don’t answer chat. Opened ticket over a week ago and no response. Will have to fight them with credit card company and Better Business Bureau. Seems like fake company.

Do not order from this company. They are a scam. They keep on saying order will be delivered in 7 business days-just 2 cushions. They also will not cancel my order. This has been going on 2 months. Beware.

No customer support at all. No response. Items were supposed to be delivered two weeks ago. Don't buy from this company. Update: after a week of email and inquiries to website, finally got a reply after posting reviews here and on Facebook. Was told they would refund money in 5-7 days, it didn't take that long to charge me but whatever. We'll see if a refund actually happens. Was asked to edit this review, so there ya go. Update #2: since theres no way to respond here, I am just editing the review again... They did refund the money, case closed.

They stink as an online company. I've reveied 43 different delivery times and nothing. Emailed and called, no response. Their website might look good but be forwarned, if you have issues good luck.

I placed my order on 4/19 and was told a shipping date would 5/5. I called in early June inquiring about the order, was told it would ship in 3 to 4 days. Called again 6/6 and was told it would ship on 6/8. Called again on 6/10 and was told shipping would have to call me back. I will never use this company again and regret using them this time. Their customer service is the worst i have ever dealt with. They give you a fictional date with no effort to resolve the problem. I would have given 0 stars if I could. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM!! I have since received the cushions I ordered. They are of good quality and fit perfectly. They resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Absolutely awful company. My order is 3-weeks late. At the time of the order it said it would be made in the US. Customer support told me it would be shipping from Illinois. Then I suddenly get a FedEx notice that it will be shipping from India. It still hasn't actually shipped though. No expedited shipping due to it being so late. Customer service kept giving me the runaround. This was supposed to be a replacement patio cushion for a Memorial Day get-together and I probably won't even have it by July 4th. I would stay far away. There are surely better options.
