The cushions are great and made to exact measurements. I would have given 5 stars however I ordered 2 cushions and only received one. Everyone makes mistakes but in telling them I did not receive all of my order I had to provide everything but a blood sample to prove it to them. I understand that people are shady and may try get one over on people but that's not me I had to provide several picture of the original order I received, the package when it was delivered (thanks to Fed Ex I had access to those), and the tags of the cover that they sent without the insert cushion, then I had to contact them again after sending everything because I still did not hear from them on whether or not they were going to make things right. In the end they finally did sent the insert cushion and they were perfect exactly what we were needing. Despite this hiccup I will be ordering from them again.

The cushions are really nice. Exactly what we ordered & fit perfectly. Very satisfied with the merchandise. However, order processing had a small problem. Supposed to credit our 10%"Black Friday promo" (24.35) back to my card, Timing was 8-11 business days. Still not received after 14 BD. Customer service says it was "processed", so who knows what happened??

I want to update this review. After a lot of back and forth a "Resolution Specialist", my concerns were finally seen by a "Brand Associate" through this and another review. They were taken seriously and resolved very quickly. The furniture all matches and looks great. Anne 1/2/26 P.S. I would still recommend that you double check your order "addons" vs just looking at the pidtures The furniture is fairly nice but the customer service is potentially the worst I have ever experienced. Ordering online the photos at check looked right but weren’t what I had actually ordered so the sofa and loveseat arrived with the trim that I wanted but the 2 chairs had no trim (even though the photos showed them with trim). This was followed with phone calls (very challenging as foreign language speakers only) and semi nonsensical emails. Their fix was for me to buy new chairs with a small discount, new arms for the chairs small discount or at my asking they would sell me 4 fake plastic wood trim pieces for $100 ea. (maybe cost them $10) All the while claiming that customer satisfaction was the most important thing to them. Stay away from Patio HQ because if you have any issue, any issue, the only help you will get are emails.

While the Adirondack covers look to be quality, unfortunately they are the wrong size. Due to my inexperience in measuring accurately I will not be able to use them.

Cushions were custom made and shipped quickly. Foam could be better quality/firmer, but acceptable. Hope they stand the test of time! Cushions arrived on promised delivery date - color was close to what we expected, cut and size is a little over our stated measurements, but hopefully they will soften up and fit a little better in time. Will say - website states “ Made in the USA” - but these shipped from India, travelled thru Mumbai, to Dubai, to Paris, then to Memphis Int’l hub for FedEx. Don’t lie about where the product is from! Otherwise, generally happy with the quality of the product. (As others have stated in their reviews, strong pungent smell from the cushions takes at least a full 24 hours to off-gas.). Good quality for the price-point.

Delivery driver was good. It would be good to get more than 2 hours notice that the delivery truck was enroute to our house.

I placed the order on the phone. He did a great job guiding me through what needed to be measured, counted, fabric selection, etc. I paid on-line, and got a confirmation of payment and an estimated date of delivery. The delivery was a full month past the estimated date. The "tracking" system never changed from "order received." I wrote texts and didn't get answers for a couple of days, then called and spoke with the gentlemen who helped with the order. Within a day, I had a delivery date, and your tracking system started working. When the status changed to "At local site: you will be recieving a call to schedule delivery. Two days passed and I call the company responsible for the delivery around 4 pm. It was discovered that they had the wrong phone number and couldn't reach me. I gave them the correct number and had them repeat it to me to make sure they now had the correct number to call. I had to do this 3 times before he got it right. The next day I got a call to schedule delivery, and a couple of days later I received the cushions. Perfectly made in the correct size and fabric. However, 2 back cushions were missing. I called, apologies were made and I was assured they would be ordered. I have no way of tracking or inquiring about the status of those cushions. Hopefully I'll receive them in less that the two months it took to get the partial delivery. UPDATE: PatioHQ of The missing cushions were expedited and delivered to make the set complete. Overall, I would recommend PatioHQ for quality and craftsmanship. and hope the lack of communication from PatioHQ and there delivery vendor was an anomaly and not a frequent customer experience.

This would have been a five-star review had it not been for the delay in processing my order. The furniture quality is excellent, the price is unbeatable, and Kenny is really nice and took care of things after I called about the delay.
