I am very disappointed with this purchase. The item arrived vacuum-sealed so tightly that it damaged the product inside. The packaging was completely inappropriate for this type of item and ruined its shape/quality. I expected better care and handling. Because of this, the product was unusable right out of the package. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend until the packaging issue is fixed.

Although the quality of their products is good, I got a product that looked different online than when I received it. The color was different and I know it was a light white off-white natural color when I contacted them about the variance and color they said well due to lighting and screens, etc. sometimes there can be variations in the color. I did not like that answer and they basically said they were sorry that I was disappointed I know that this product doesn’t cost that much to make, and I spent almost $200 on a cushion that I can’t use because of the color very disappointed in this company

I placed a custom order with Patio HQ, and unfortunately, the entire process has been extremely frustrating. When my cushions arrived, they didn’t fit the furniture as expected. I had to go through the trouble of proving that the cushions were indeed from their company by showing them the product tag. After that, Patio HQ sent a replacement order to correct the issue — but when the second set arrived, the same problem happened again. The cushions were still the wrong size. I had to take and send a video this time to prove, once again, that the cushions were theirs and didn’t fit properly. This has been a very disappointing and time-consuming experience. I’m not sure how their standard, non-custom orders are handled, but based on my experience with a custom order, the service was poor and the quality control was lacking. I hope they improve their process for custom orders in the future.

I purchased a cushion from them because website says "Made in USA" I wanted to support a US company. My order was shipped from India! Their website is a lie, I also checked the address they show where the business is. It's a different company they buy from and have shipped out to consumers.

Totally unresponsive to phone calls and emails. What is up with that? Did receive what i ordered; however, it took more than two months. Made a call to leave another voicemail on a sunday night and someone answered. I received our replacement cushion the next week

Took over 8 months to complete order and did so with colors not as ordered. Will not order from them again.
