Ordered chairs and a small table. The chairs met my expectations though the wood was a bit more aged and rough than expected when compared to the same set a family member received. The table, however, arrived with a large crack, water stains, and several marks along the edges. I tried calling several times and left a message but it’s been over a week with no response. Overall I like the chairs but not sure if I’d place another order.

Furniture pilot holes were very off making it very hard to assemble. Waiting for the sofa to be exchanged as it cracked trying to get screws in they were so off. The cushions seam very light weight and not the quality we have on our other patio furniture but the wood seems good quality. Their customer service so far has been great and we got it for Christmas.

UPDATE: Kenny at PatioHQ reached out and has made reparations. I expect to get my cushions in the right size soon. When that happens, I will update my review again! I still haven't received the correct size of cushions I ordered in April, 2023 (almost 5 months ago). I was told they would be here ASAP - so far I have received two sets that were the wrong size.

I thought they would be better quality

I liked being able to pick my cushions out, however, I had to return 5 of the cushions due to being round rather than square. I reordered 2 out of the 5 to make sure they fit as I had to pay the return shipping which I felt was wrong inasmuch as I was reordering cushions to replace the ones I returned. I paid half of what I originally paid for the cushions in return shipping to send them back. That is a bummer.

We initially contacted Patio HQ in May about new cushions. The company provides cushions for Northscape outdoor furniture. We should have been able to provide the name of the model we need new cushions. they had me measure the cushions, the wrong cushions were sent, a lot of confusion, it was Mid-September before we finally received the correct cushions, which we now have.

The fabric is very nice, but we didn’t know the cushions were going g to be so firm. I guess we will get use to them. Otherwise quality is great. If I can re-review them in a few months and the cushions loosen up a bit the review will definitely be higher.

Took forever to get the parts. Not sure why. If I had not pushed, I am not sure how long it would have taken. Update the customer as to status.
